Ordering, Pick up & Delivery

How do I place an order?

Browse our Shop, and add your favourite products to your cart. At check out, choose either 'Pickup' or 'Delivery'. Note: Orders must be $100 or more for delivery. Smaller orders must be picked up.

Do you deliver?

Yes! We offer local delivery within the Greater Sudbury area for orders that are $100 or more, unless previous arrangements have been made. 

Where can I pick up my order?

You can pick up your order at the Sudbury Market in the Elm Place Mall on Saturday's from 9 am -2 pm. Be sure to choose the 'Pickup' option checkout. 

How long does delivery take?

Since we bake specifically for you, please allow 3-4 business days for processing. Local delivery usually takes another 1-3 days.

How do I pay for my order?

Delivery:
If you select delivery, your order must be paid in advance via e-transfer to barnonebycassie@gmail.com before your scheduled delivery date.

Market Pickup:
If you choose pickup at the Sudbury Market, you can pay in person when you collect your order.

Do you offer bulk orders for teams or events?

Absolutely! We love supporting teams, swim meets, and local events. Our bars and granola are perfect for quick, wholesome pre- or post-event fuel. Reach out to us and we’ll help you find the right option for your group.

What is the story behind Barnone?

We started in Cassie's kitchen with a mission to make treats that everyone can enjoy, focusing on pure, natural ingredients without compromising on taste.

Is everything really made by hand?

Yes! Every batch of granola and every cookie is handcrafted with care in our small-scale bakery here in Sudbury, Ontario to ensure the highest quality for our Barnone family.

Ingredients & Allergens

Are your products truly gluten and dairy-free?

Absolutely. We use strictly gluten-free and dairy-free ingredients. While we bake in a seperate space, we follow careful protocols to prevent cross-contamination.

What do you use instead of refined sugar?

We sweeten our treats naturally using options like pure Ontario maple syrup or Canadian honey, keeping things wholesome and delicious without the crash.

Policies

What is your return policy?

Since our treats are handcrafted and perishable, we don't accept returns. However, we want you to love every bite! If there's something not quite right, please let us know within 24 hours.

What if there is a problem with my order?

We want you to be 100% happy! If something isn't right, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can make it right.

Can I cancel my order?

Plans change—we understand! If you need to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible.

We’re happy to refund any pre-paid amount, as long as your order has not yet been prepared or is not already out for delivery. Once production has begun, we may not be able to offer a refund.

Missing something in your package?

We double-check every box, but if we missed a treat, we're so sorry! Send us a quick note and we'll either ship the missing item out to you or provide a credit for your next order.

Refund processing time

If a refund is approved, it usually takes 5-10 business days to skip back into your account, depending on your bank. We'll email you the moment it's been initiated on our end.
