"On October 5, 2024, I participated in the BBBackyard Ultra Marathon at Kivi Park, running for just shy of 25 hours and covering just over 167 kilometers.
Personally, I believe there is no better fuel—whether for day-to-day life or an endurance event—than whole, natural foods.
